Peace Vs Anxiety....A brain battle....

PEACE Vs ANXIETY......A BRAIN BATTLE....

If you ask me which was my favorite cartoon in my childhood, there are possibilities that I might not answer your question. The reason behind this is, in my childhood I used to watch only WWE and cartoons rarely. Even today I'm a big fan of WWE. It has a major concept behind it and that is 'versus'.

Let's talk about our daily life. Even now while reading my blog there are chances of you thinking about some other things as well for example about your job, work, studies, games etc. Coming to the point, all what I want to say is that we never let our brain rest. Continuous thoughts!!

Right now I have two major brain aspects with me namely, 'Peace and Anxiety'..oh wait I must say 'Peace Vs Anxiety'. Peace is something which we all love and anxiety it's totally opposite we all hate.

It is on us to decide whether to keep peace in our mind or to keep anxiety. This world is dynamic. Anything can happen anytime. I know we as humans we mentally go through a lot of things, right from a teenager to an adult he/she has to face various problems related to their work, money, family, friends etc.

But in all these situations we need to find peace of mind. Stress, anxiety, depression, tention kick them out of your mind. And trust me you are the only one who can do it for you. If you feel depressed, don't worry also don't be ashamed of it, it happens. Share your problems with your closed ones. Learn to accept the situation no matter how bad it is. Feel your soul with positivity. Do what you love to do. Go for a walk, enjoy the greenery out there. Listen to some music. Worry less. Be assertive. Have some 'ME - TIME'. See your failure as a learning curve and the most important thing TRUST YOURSELF AND LOVE YOURSELF. You will surely find the PEACE 😃.
